Tariff Couture — Refund & Return Policy

Tariff Couture products are made to order, created specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and we work closely with our production partners to ensure quality. Below is how we handle returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos showing the problem

We’ll take it from there.

2. Returns & Exchanges (Made-to-Order Policy)

Because every item is printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or style preference changes

We encourage checking the size charts carefully before placing your order.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they enter production.
Production typically begins within a few hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel, email us immediately at: [your support email]
If production has already started, we’re unable to cancel the order.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll investigate and replace it whenever possible.

Please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

5. Returns for Refunds

We do not accept physical returns because items are produced on demand.
Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • An item arrives damaged or incorrect and you prefer a refund

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Choosing the correct size

  • Reviewing colors and product details before checkout

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
